Instructions that match the customer’s country
Return methods can vary by region. A brand may use one service in France, another in Europe and an international carrier elsewhere. It may also offer an in-store drop-off or ask staff to provide a label manually.
DemiTour uses the configuration associated with the order address. Customers see the right instructions at the right time, including any charge set by the brand. They do not have to choose between carriers whose contracts and coverage they do not know.
Your carrier connections in one journey
DemiTour provides integrations for Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL, FedEx and Chronopost. Availability depends on the country, services enabled on your account and extensions installed in WooCommerce. These points are reviewed during setup.
The aim is not to replace every shipping tool. DemiTour coordinates generation from the return request and attaches the resulting document to the right case. Your team keeps the carrier strategy already selected by the brand.
A label and a slip for inside the parcel
When the carrier supplies a label, customers can retrieve it from their journey. DemiTour also creates a return slip with the order, customer details and requested solution. The customer is asked to place this document inside the parcel.
When the parcel arrives, staff can identify the return and open the corresponding case more easily. Inspection no longer depends on a handwritten number or a search through support conversations.
Errors become visible actions for staff
An unavailable API, incomplete address or unauthorised service may prevent label generation. DemiTour keeps the request and adds the failure to dashboard alerts. Customers receive understandable instructions without seeing internal technical details.
Staff can then correct the information, try generation again or provide a label manually. Shipping issues remain visible with other case alerts instead of disappearing into a separate log.
Configuration is checked before launch
During installation, we define the carriers used in each region, the expected services, return address and customer-facing charges. Real tests may be needed to confirm that a contract supports the relevant return route.
This validation is part of DemiTour’s guided setup. A demonstration lets us review your current carriers and identify the possible scope before the portal is opened to customers.
